See Stout's original illustrations demonstrating the conceptual development of how dinosaurs should appear in the Disney movie Dinosaur. William Stout Paints Prehistoric San Diego: Lecture and book signing A step-by-step journey through the creation of the 12 new murals depicting the prehistoric life of San Diego for FOSSIL MYSTERIES. He will show how he combines science and art to create images that function as works of aesthetic inspiration while also being instructive and educational. Thursday, July 20; 7:30-9:30 PM The Art of Ray Harryhausen: Lecture and book signing Join the artistic genius behind the original Beast from 20,000 Fathoms (featured in Dinosaurs: Reel & Robotic) and Jason and the Argonauts, on his national book tour for The Art of Ray Harryhausen. The book contains nearly all of Harryhausen's pre-production art as well as finished pieces.
